In the spring of 2008, Bobby Weir and his bandmates offered the University of California at Santa Cruz their warehouse full of documents, papers, photographs, and other historical items associated with the Grateful Dead. The Grateful Dead Archive is a unique treasure, steamer trunks full of fascinating artifacts from one of the best documented cultural institutions in American music history. What a perfect fit for the Further Foundation!
